Cancellation Policy
Liquidated Damages: If you cancel this contract, LXRY ENTERTAINMENT, LLC will suffer damages due to financial obligations to staff and denying other potential clients for date pertaining to this contract. LXRY ENTERTAINMENT, LLC reserves the right to retain all deposits / payments made as liquidated damages. No Exceptions. In the case of an event cancellation; the client has the opportunity to rebook to a later date up to 3 months. However, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation of contract must be sent via letter or email. NO TEXTS, CALLS, OR VOICEMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS A CANCELLATION NOTICE.
